Questions

When does my membership start?

Your membership begins on the day The Beauty Club MCR opens. You will be notified 48 hours in advance with full details.

Can I change my tier later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your member portal. Founding member status is retained regardless of tier.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime with no penalty. If you cancel before we open, you will receive a full refund. Founding member status cannot be reclaimed once cancelled.

Is there a joining fee?

No joining fee. The monthly subscription is all you pay. Founding members are never charged a setup or admin fee.
